What does Vegvísir mean?
Vegvísir is an Icelandic wayfinder staff (galdrastafur), recorded in the 19th-century Huld manuscript and attributed to the Vikings in popular belief. Its name means “wayfinder”: with eight rune arms pointing in every direction, it is meant to guide its bearer so that they never lose their bearings, even in storm and bad weather.
How does the zip hoodie fit?
The jacket has a unisex cut and fits women and men alike, with a hood and full-length zip, in a regular, comfortable fit. If you like it looser, simply go one size up. You will find the exact measurements in the size chart on the product page.
What fabric is the jacket made of?
We use a heavyweight sweat fabric with a brushed inside that keeps you pleasantly warm and feels soft against the skin. The material is tested for harmful substances, and keeps its firm, high-quality structure even after many days of wear.
How do I best care for the print?
The DTG print soaks right into the fibre and does not peel off. Wash the jacket inside out at 30 °C (86 °F) and never iron directly over the print. That way the fine silver lines of the Vegvísir stay crisp and bold for a long time.
