Valkyrie · Guide of Souls

Valkyrie, from Old Norse valkyrja, means “chooser of the slain.” These shieldmaidens ride across the battlefields, choose the fallen and escort the worthy warriors, the Einherjar, to Valhalla, where they serve them mead. They are often depicted with wide-spread wings, on horseback and carrying a spear. This zip hoodie puts the passage between the worlds front and centre: the riding Valkyrie crossing the battlefield and gathering the fallen. As a bold, large back print, two mighty wings spread out symmetrically and carry an upright sword. Across the blade runs the lettering “Valkyrie,” and silver-grey lines make every feather stand out against the dark fabric. Every Valkyrie zip hoodie is made from heavyweight sweat fabric with a brushed inside. It is printed on demand in Germany using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, in which the ink sinks into the fibre. The zip hoodie comes in several colours; Gold / Silver and Emerald as a limited special edition.
